a man accused of killing his ex- girlfriend is asking a judge to suspend a wrongful death lawsuit. it is a $30 million lawsuit filed in april. if the civil case goes to trial before the criminal case is finalized, is protection against self-incrimination could be violated. he was convicted of second- degree murder and grand larceny. he is seeking a new trial in the criminal case. a military judge issues an new ruling in the weeks case. the judge said any damage to your security due to -- u.s. security due to the release of documents is irrelevant because of the 2012 charges against bradley manning. the prosecution is also barred from presenting evidence of harm during the trial phase.
